Strings of Oud by Ajmal is a Oriental Woody fragrance for women and men. This is a new fragrance. Strings of Oud was launched in 2026. The nose behind this fragrance is Philippine Courtière. Top notes are Black Pepper, Cardamom and Wormwood; middle notes are Incense, Geranium and Cypress; base notes are Tobacco Leaf, Cedarwood and Bourbon Vanilla. Strings of Oud by Ajmal is constructed to suggest the character of oud without using oud itself, focusing instead on texture, warmth and contrast. The composition opens with a spicy and aromatic accord of cardamom oil, black pepper from Madagascar and wormwood. The heart combines geranium from Madagascar, incense and cypress, adding a resinous, woody and slightly green dimension. In the base, tobacco leaf, vanilla bourbon absolute from Madagascar and cedarwood create a warm, smooth and gently smoky drydown.
